Jack’s main business focus over the pasts 20 years has been enhancing companies, mainly through investment management, consultancy and M&A advisory. He is Senior Advisor to managements of leading companies and businessmen.

Previously, he established and managed Magna Capital Ltd. – a business development and consulting firm of 30 employees that assisted leading Israeli companies grow their business globally through growth strategy formulation, business development activities and M&A.

In addition, Jack was successful in leading restructurings and managing distressed companies, including complex processes such as debt settlements, streamlining and downsizing, financial restructurings and divestment of assets.

He has a network of companies in the traditional sectors and is tied to many investment groups in Israel and abroad.

Adi has been working with companies for over 15 years, leading management teams to formulate corporate and growth strategies as well as assisting them in implementation and business development. As Partner in Magna Capital Ltd., she led the Strategy & Business Development activity.

She gained experience working with owners to help align management with owner expectations, as well as with investors in PE transactions. She is passionate about helping businesses meet their goals while maintaining connection to their purpose and passion.

Furthermore, Adi is a highly skilled change management facilitator, leading management teams to realign business aspects of their organization as well as cultural and inter-relational aspects.

Adi holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Eastern Asian studies from Tel Aviv University, and has gained the highest honor of summa cum laude. She is also trained in group facilitation methods including gestalt, Zen and Somatic Experiencing.
